I saw this about a year back, this occurs in California.
Its a guy whose brain is fried because of excessive use of crack. This is what happens after prolonged drug use, you just completely loose it Very scary series of events nonetheless, I don't know what I would have done in that position since I don't carry a weapon in my car right now Its very weird because if you just listen to the audio, it sounds like something straight out of GTA, Moral of the story - don't do drugs Too bad his pussy ass could only attack a woman and not a guy
